Scott Lindberg
has been involved in the dance community for nearly 25 years. Beginning
dance in college, he learned under and worked with many of our
favorite veterans. He, along with his wife, Cheryl, danced
competitively from 1986 to 1996 and performed as lead dancers with Kenny
Rogers and Reba McIntyre. Following that time, he traveled throughout
the US and in Canada as instructor, judge and emcee. As an attempt to
bring some of the nation's top dancers to Denver, he co-founded the
Colorado Country Classic with his wife Cheryl and directed the event for
12 years. Although he has emceed countless Country events across the
nation, his passion for dance has now been replaced for a season by his
three children, Carly, Michael and Lauren. Hours on the dance floor are
now consumed by golf tournaments and baseball games with the older
children and swimming time with the little one. Scott still has a great
love for dance and he's glad to remain involved in the dance community
by emceeing Swing Time In the Rockies.
